Why?

You need a reason and understand how important that reason is to you.

Write it down, hang it up in your bedroom put it on your fridge , write it down on a piece of paper and staple it to your forehead 😊 Just keep that reason for wanting a better life at the front of your mind at all times.

You need to go back to basics We all know what we should be eating but how to stay on track is the harder part, So check out this guide lines issed by the Australian Govt and see where you might need to make some changes 

What to do for exercise

This is where we can help you out, seriously the first thing is to get moving and just do something. If you are coming back to the gym after a break then pace yourself so that you will be able to keep coming back again and again!. If you didn’t like a particular class the choice something else and try again. Start realistically up to 3 sessions a week, build up to 2 cardio and 2 strength sessions (Functional training is a great option as it covers both in one workout)  But most importantly talk to us and we can find what works best for you.

 

Who belongs in your team?

Find your people the ones who support and lift you up. The people who will encourage you and help you stay focused. Also lean on your gym crew we are all there to help and support each other.
