What’'s involved …
Using the trainerize app we will help you
Help you identify WHAT YOU WANT and how to get there. Work through your goals and outline the habits needed to achieve those goals.
Devise an exercise program to move you closer to your goal. It may include accountability, guidance on classes or your own personal training program. We can include joint friendly tips and exercises or help you work towards your own specific exercise goal you have outlined to us
Nutrition support, healthy eating and what this means to you. Keeping a food diary , organising meal plans or helping you develop good habits regarding your relationship with food.
Helping develop good Lifestyle habits such as adequate sleep, stress reduction or a digital detox.
Consolidate what works for you and what doesn’t so that you can keep working towards your goals with some healthy habits.
Help plan your transition to a new healthier you after you complete the 6 week challenge.
Saturday morning walk and talk session to get us all together and touch base in person each week.
Cost $90 for members for the 6 week program.
