7 easy ways to eat more veggies every day
Put your vegetables on the top shelf of the fridge – Chunky heads of cauliflower and broccoli shouldn’t get pushed to the back of the fridge or stuck out of sight in the “crisper” drawer; put them right up front, where you’ll see and remember them. “Stuff that is hidden away is often ignored.

This means washing, trimming, chopping, and even roasting or freezing — anything that makes it easy to grab a lunch of vegetables on the go. 200g pineapple (fresh or canned)
2 bananas, broken into chunks
small piece ginger, peeled
20g cashew nuts
juice 1 lime
Put the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go. Will keep in the fridge for a day 😊
Eat a salad at every meal – buy bags of pre-washed greens for easy, fast salads. Also keep a jar of delicious homemade salad dressing in the fridge, which helps a lot.
